How do I add a book to my library?

You can add books by tapping the "+" button on the main screen. Search for a book by title or author, or scan the barcode on the back of a physical book to add it instantly.

How does iCloud sync work?

Turning Pages uses Apple's iCloud to keep your library and reading data in sync across all your Apple devices. Make sure you're signed into the same iCloud account on each device and that iCloud is enabled for Turning Pages in Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud.

My data isn't syncing between devices. What should I do?

First, ensure all devices are signed into the same iCloud account and have an active internet connection. Try the following steps:

• Open Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud and verify Turning Pages is enabled.
• Ensure your device is not in Low Power Mode, which can delay background sync.
• Force-close the app and reopen it.
• Restart your device.

How do I track my reading progress?

Open any book in your library and tap "Log Reading" to record a reading session. You can enter pages read, and the app will automatically calculate your progress and update your statistics.

Can I set a reading goal?

Yes! Navigate to the Statistics section and tap on "Annual Goal" to set how many books you'd like to read this year. Your progress will be tracked throughout the year.

How do I delete a book from my library?

Swipe left on any book in your library list and tap "Delete," or open the book details and use the delete option. Note that deleting a book will also remove its associated reading sessions and notes.

Is my data private?

Absolutely. Your reading data is stored locally on your device and in your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to your library or reading data. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
